What You'll Achieve.
Achieve assigned sales targets in assigned region and accounts; Ensure that corporate objectives, including established call frequencies and individual objectives are met; Assist Sales Manager in developing programs and concepts to achieve sales and profit objectives; Ensure forecasting by article number is current and accurate to ensure supply to retailers; Meet the forecast and unit objectives per key account
Industry & Context.
Manage and resolve all operational and administrative issues; Monitor progress to objectives and aid the customer in developing and implementing corrective action plans, when needed
Ability to lift Truck Tires, Travel required, Valid driver's license and passport are required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Relevant Bachelor’s degree AND 1+ year of related professional experience OR minimum 3 years relevant sales experience if no relevant Bachelor’s degree, Sales and Marketing Activities - Demonstrated experience and skills in Sales and Marketing, Functional knowledge - Knowledge of the principles, practices, and standard methodologies of Sales coupled with a knowledge of the standard Marketing programs, Microsoft Programs experience, Consulting services - Knowledge of various special Sales and Marketing programs, Oral and Written communications - ability to use effective oral communications, Ability to lift Truck Tires, Travel required, Valid driver's license and passport are required, Legal Authorization to work in Canada is required

What You'll Do.
Develop business partnerships with key accounts
Coordinate sales and training with each account
Drive National Account sales for CTNA product
Assist in Dealer sell out
Retain and grow existing accounts
Solicit new business by executing sales strategy
Manage territory through prioritization and efficiency
Develop and maintain territory coverage plan
Develop and maintain sales activity at key regional fleets
Achieve assigned sales targets in assigned region
Function as account manager for target dealers
Participate in sales meetings
Participate in product and training meetings
Participate in new account development
Identify opportunities for new product lines
Assist in development of product strategy
Manage Pricing and Profitability
Monitor progress to objectives
Aid customer in developing corrective action plans
Develop and provide training for personnel
Conduct one-on-one training
Conduct market intelligence
Analyze customers and market conditions
Provide management with data
Assist in monthly article forecast
Identify opportunities and market new product lines
Assist in coordination
and managing inventory
Assist in coordination
and managing production planning
Ensure forecasting by article number is current
Manage and resolve operational and administrative issues
Respond to all inquiries
Prepare weekly itineraries
Prepare expense reports
Prepare routine and special reports
Maintain a professional image
Prepare professional presentations
Utilize Salesforce for documenting sales activities
