What You'll Do.
lead and grow a portfolio of Aggregates customers across a defined geographical territory
delivering sustainable growth by implementing a territory sales strategy
increasing market share (volume)
and RCO profitability
long-term customer relationships
promoting value-added products and services
Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
and deliver effective call cycles for customers and prospects
using both face-to-face and digital channels (including video calls)
Set and execute clear call objectives through Customer Management Plans (CMPs)
Assist in the preparation of quotes and tenders
Contribute to the annual sales budget and forecasting process for the territory
Ensure customer queries are resolved within agreed timeframes
Grow share of wallet through effective upselling and cross-selling
while maintaining required profitability
Develop and maintain long-term commercial relationships
aligned to the Market Strategy Plan (MSP)
Enable customers to receive products and services on time by ensuring alignment between sales
Communicate market intelligence
and insights back into the wider business
Forecast and track customer account performance metrics
Manage projects within customer relationships
balancing customer and company objectives
Identify and develop opportunities with both existing and new customers
aligned to regional and product strategies
