The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for all customer facing sales and service activities within the designated market of Central New Jersey. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for promotion, sales, and support of TerrAscend’s portfolio of products to new and existing clients with direction from Northeast Sales Leadership. ## Responsibilities Present, promote, and sell TerrAscend’s products and services to existing and new customers Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships to ensure long-term sales opportunities Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing, products, market presence, etc. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the marijuana industry in general, noting key players, pivotal techniques, emerging trends, and overall status of the industry within designated territory Partner with Supply Chain team and TerrAscend grow and process teams to ensure efficient supply to meet demand Weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs, benchmarks, and ongoing sales pipeline Meet and exceed company weekly and monthly metrics and KPIs Expand TerrAscend’s market share and reach within designated territory ## Experience & Requirements 3-5 years of successful B2B or Retail sales experience with an emphasis on acquiring new accounts and developing existing accounts within the cannabis industry. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Ability to travel ~80% of the time within designated territory; must have reliable transportation. Working knowledge of state-specific Medical Marijuana
