What You'll Do.

Execute sales plans to achieve secondary sales targets in Rural Markets

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Provide guidance and training to sales team members

Create and maintain adherence to PJPs

Ensure adequate service levels to sub stockiest customers

Build business in existing and new outlets

Monitor and analyze sales performance

Provide regular reports on sales activity

Collect and report market intelligence on competitor activities

Address customer complaints through timely action

Timely reporting to all concerned stakeholders
