Full Job Description

## **JOB DESCRIPTION:** We are looking for a **Territory Manager** to drive commercial success and expand our Structural Heart portfolio across Sweden. This is a **field‑based position** , focused on building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting interventional cardiology teams with TAVI and Structural Intervention procedures. **What You’ll Do** * Achieve sales targets and take full accountability for commercial results * Set ambitious, realistic yearly targets and provide accurate forecasts * Protect price and market share using proactive, solution‑oriented strategies * Deliver in‑field technical support during implants and follow‑up procedures * Prepare high‑quality, competitive tender submissions * Support congresses, workshops and local promotional events * Develop and execute referral strategies to support therapy adoption and growth * Manage consignment and stock across assigned accounts * Record procedure activity and competitive intelligence in SFDC * Build strategic account development plans and business recommendations * Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and coordinate local KOL engagement * Help identify and develop future KOLs within the region **What We’re Looking For** * Strong commercial experience at Sales Representative level, preferably in medtech * Clinical or commercial cardiology background is highly valuable * Degree in a scientific or business field * Excellent communication skills in **Swedish and English** * Strong influencing and stakeholder‑management skills * Demonstrated success in selling and building long‑term customer relationships * Team player with strong facilitation abilities * Highly organized, able to prioritize and drive independent projects * Experience coordinating activities with clinical centers and KOLs **Working at Abbott** At Abbott, you can do work that matters, grow and learn, care for yourself and your family, be your true self, and live a full life.
