Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple with frequent interruptions. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Work environment is moderately quiet. Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building. Must be able to legally drive a vehicle during all types of driving conditions, including day and night driving.

The Territory Manager drives regional sales growth by actively prospecting, cold calling, and building relationships with lower-volume custom decorators and screen printers. This role is accountable for increasing profitability through targeted account planning and execution, focusing on unlocking new revenue streams from untapped and underpenetrated regional accounts. Preferred area of residence is San Diego, CA. What Will You Be Doing? Conduct daily cold calls and field visits to identify and win unassigned or low-volume decorator accounts. Cultivate deep, trusted partnerships with local decorators to become their preferred blank apparel supplier. Uncover decorator pain points through active listening to position SanMar basics as a high-margin solution. Deliver high-energy product presentations showcasing the quality, value, and reliability of core basic lines. Educate and demonstrate to small-scale decorators on how to leverage SanMar’s marketing tools to grow their retail sales. Document all cold calls, lead interactions, and field activities daily within the CRM database. Design efficient travel schedules and territory routes to maximize face-to-face customer time and build relationships. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. What Are We Looking For?
