Full Job Description
At SanMar, the work you do makes a difference. What's the Short Version? The Territory Manager drives regional sales growth by actively prospecting, cold calling, and building relationships with lower-volume custom decorators and screen printers. This role is accountable for increasing profitability through targeted account planning and execution, focusing on unlocking new revenue streams from untapped and underpenetrated regional accounts. Preferred area of residence is Greater NYC, NY/NJ. What Will You Be Doing? Conduct daily cold calls and field visits to identify and win unassigned or low-volume decorator accounts. Cultivate deep, trusted partnerships with local decorators to become their preferred blank apparel supplier. Uncover decorator pain points through active listening to position SanMar basics as a high-margin solution. Deliver high-energy product presentations showcasing the quality, value, and reliability of core basic lines. Educate and demonstrate to small-scale decorators on how to leverage SanMar’s marketing tools to grow their retail sales. Document all cold calls, lead interactions, and field activities daily within the CRM database. Design efficient travel schedules and territory routes to maximize face-to-face customer time and build relationships. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. What Are We Looking For?
