What's the Short Version? The Territory Manager drives regional sales growth by actively prospecting, cold calling, and building relationships with lower-volume custom decorators and screen printers. This role is accountable for increasing profitability through targeted account planning and execution, focusing on unlocking new revenue streams from untapped and underpenetrated regional accounts. Preferred area of residence is Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. What Will You Be Doing? Conduct daily cold calls and field visits to identify and win unassigned or low-volume decorator accounts. Cultivate deep, trusted partnerships with local decorators to become their preferred blank apparel supplier. Uncover decorator pain points through active listening to position SanMar basics as a high-margin solution. Deliver high-energy product presentations showcasing the quality, value, and reliability of core basic lines. Educate and demonstrate to small-scale decorators on how to leverage SanMar’s marketing tools to grow their retail sales. Document all cold calls, lead interactions, and field activities daily within the CRM database. Design efficient travel schedules and territory routes to maximize face-to-face customer time and build relationships. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. What Are We Looking For? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Preferred 4-6 years of related sales experience 1-3 years of industry sales experience is preferred Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, good driving record Ability to analyze emerging business trends and determine viability of opportunities Ability to build meaningful partnerships and communicate effectively with customers, sales team and internal departments to identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Assertive communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Detail oriented; ability to follow-through on projects and handle multiple tasks at once A
