Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, Proven practical experience in field sales, distribution management, or a territory management role, Interest in driving market growth, with a focus on relationship building, demand generation, and executing marketing strategies, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Confident in handling Doctors, Chemist & dealer interactions, resolving issues, and conducting promotional meetings, Highly organized and diligent with administrative tasks, including daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting, tracking expenses, and managing collections, Comfortable with field travel within the Bangalore territory

Promoting pharmaceutical products to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through scientific communication

Assisting the ASM in planning for the territory by providing market environment insights to estimate yearly demand
submitting distributor-level inventory requirements
and monitoring the stock availability of promotional materials
Preparing and executing monthly sales promotion plans—including field activation and merchandising activities—and meticulously recording expenses and sales generated to evaluate program efficacy
Ensuring the month-wise achievement of targets and executing SKU-wise monthly sales plans by actively generating secondary sales in the market
Managing the distribution network by monitoring distributor performance
proposing the appointment of new distributors
or recommending the termination of non-performing ones
Motivating distributors and dealers through regular visits
helping to resolve their concerns regarding accounts
Organizing distributor and dealer meetings in alignment with marketing strategies
Ensuring successful monthly collections through continuous follow-ups
Monitoring competitor activities
Addressing customer or dealer complaints by forwarding them to customer care
Ensuring daily reporting of customer visits
