Accelerate growth; Expand iRhythm’s footprint; Capture market share; Drive adoption of the Zio platform; Develop champions and long-term advocacy; Drive strategic partnerships and account conversions; Ensure accurate forecasting; Ensure timely reporting; Ensure a seamless customer experience; Refine strategies; Identify opportunities for differentiation; Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
Industry & Context.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (approx. 4.5 days/week in field, with periodic weeknights and overnight travel as required)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree required, 5+ years of successful sales experience, minimum of 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales, Proven success in capturing market share, launching new territories/products, or displacing incumbents through value-based selling, Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex environments, Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Entrepreneurial mindset with business acumen, adaptability, and resilience, Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (approx. 4.5 days/week in field, with periodic weeknights and overnight travel as required)
Nice to Have
experience in cardiology, experience in electrophysiology, experience in integrated delivery networks (IDNs), Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
What You'll Do.
Accelerate growth by acquiring new business
Expand iRhythm’s footprint across key health systems
Capture market share within a defined geographic territory
Drive adoption of the Zio platform with cardiologists
and other strategic clinical stakeholders
Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities
Develop and execute a territory growth plan
Lead the full sales cycle
data-driven sales presentations
Establish and deepen relationships with key opinion leaders
Navigate complex healthcare environments
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Manage the ongoing performance and operational health of accounts
Continuously analyze territory performance
Provide ongoing feedback to leadership
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
