Required travel is up to 60%, overnights required, Able to lift 40-50 lbs to demo and set up trade shows

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

high school degree or Associates Degree, 3-5 years of experience in high performance in sales environment, Lives in a location within the assigned territory, Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently, Demonstrated understanding of market positioning, Demonstrated knowledge and/or aptitude and passion for learning extensively about outdoor power equipment and the industry, interpersonal skills, planning and organizational skills, Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Nice to Have

Prior sales experience in industries that have shown dramatic growth and volume in sales, such as appliance, agricultural equipment, power tool, electronics, consumer durables, construction equipment, and/or power sports businesses, Prior dealer/distributor sales experience, Proven sales performer with excellent negotiation skills
