What You'll Do.
promotion of the new product
executing the Product Management Team’s marketing strategy
analysing market trends
consulting with doctors on new product potential
relaying feedback to the Product Management Team
identifying key opinion leaders
monitoring product availability
implementing brand strategies to facilitate a successful product launch
monitoring primary and secondary sales through regular visits to stockists and pharmacies
ensuring the accomplishment of doctor and product-specific sales objectives
Active participation in monthly review meetings to assess coverage
and expense management
customer relationship management
establishing connections and addressing queries promptly using Infoginip
customer classification based on potential
determining meeting frequency accordingly
tracking return on investment per customer
meet Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Key business leader (KEL) frequently
pursue them to conduct CME with the Collect interest areas of key customers and hospitals
conduct CMEs on those topics
prepare product matrix depending upon doctor's potential & preference
decide which product will fit doctor's need
Update data on chemist
doctors and Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) through palm top to Unnati portal
