Bachelor’s degree in any field, sales experience, closing new and existing customer opportunities, managing technical customer service, Proficiency in CRM tools, sales administration technology, Valid driving experience, Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, teamwork-oriented, energetic, Computer literacy with focus on Microsoft Office programs

Nice to Have

Hospitality or Chemistry degree, Sales experience in the Hospitality sector

What You'll Do.

Prospect new customers

Manage existing accounts

Achieve revenue and profit targets

Implement cross-sell and upsell programs

Identify new sales opportunities

Convert them into Hospitality customers

Manage the sales funnel

Maintain CRM reporting

Respond to customer proposal requests

Educate customers on new product developments

Track account business performance

Take corrective actions

Manage account conflicts

Ensure customer satisfaction

Leverage internal resources

Define sales forecasts

Plan and replenish dosing equipment

Assist marketing with pricing policy

Train and mentor junior sales resources

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Leverage internal resources such as leadership, marketing, promotions, communications, newsletters, and social media to support account growth; Plan and replenish dosing equipment in collaboration with technical customer service; Assist marketing with pricing policy and competitive intelligence; Train and mentor junior and newly onboarded sales resources

Communication Scope

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
