What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree required, Minimum of 2 years sales experience, Valid state-issued driver's license, 3 years of consecutive driving history, Criminal background satisfactory to Bard, Meet customer/medical facility access requirements, Ability to travel at least 60%, Overnight travel required
Nice to Have
Medical sales experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Grow sales of current accounts
Establish new accounts
Position self as product specialist
Educate on product usage
Provide in-services on product usage
Provide on-site technical support
Maintain detailed product knowledge
Meet territory sales goals
Meet territory profitability goals
Develop new prospects
Advise customers of new products
Advise customers of current products
Advise customers of backorders
Advise customers of order status
Advise customers of pricing structure
Advise customers of company policy changes
Advise customers of additional needs
Achieve timely solutions to complaints
Exercise ethical manners
Attend customers' meetings
Give post-convention report
Establish products as standard
Perform special projects
Perform other duties as assigned
