Must Have

Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience, Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role that includes identifying and addressing customer needs, Waste or service industry experience, Valid driver’s license

What You'll Do.

Identify leads and prospect new business

Sell full suite of products

Meet with clients to deliver sales presentations

Follow up with decision makers

Maintain and retain existing customers

Build long-term relationships

Follow up on leads within 2 hours

Create follow up tasks in Salesforce

Perform contractual re-signs on existing customers

Respond to cancellation requests

Communicate with customers regarding pricing

Utilize Salesforce daily

Schedule and document all activities

Develop customer profiles

Prepare and deliver sales presentations

Complete scheduled phone blocks

Complete cold call prospecting activities

Capture customer emails

Minimize rate restrictions

Minimize customer credits

Maintain awareness of market behavior

Maintain awareness of competitive trends

Maintain knowledge of company services

Offer additional services

Complete Customer Service Agreements

Meet with Sales Manager

Review customer retention activities

Review progress versus goals

Review status of key customer relationships

Build relationships and increase company visibility

Participate in company-sponsored activities

Attend chamber of commerce events

Act as company representative at community events

Perform other job-related duties

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Regularly meets with Sales Manager to review weekly customer retention and relationship activities, progress versus goals and status of key customer relationships.
