Must Have

Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience, Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role that includes identifying and addressing customer needs, Waste or service industry experience, Valid driver’s license

What You'll Do.

and sell new business

Sell full suite of products

Meet with clients to deliver sales presentations

Follow up with decision makers

Acquire new commercial

and recycling business

Maintain and retain existing customers

Build long-term relationships and customer loyalty

Perform contractual re-signs on existing customers

Respond to cancellation requests

Communicate with customers regarding pricing

Develop customer profiles in Salesforce

Prepare and deliver sales presentations

Complete scheduled phone blocks and cold call prospecting

Capture customer emails

Minimize rate restrictions and customer credits

Maintain awareness of market behavior and competitive trends

Maintain knowledge of company services and pricing

Add additional services to clients

Complete Customer Service Agreements and reports

Meet with Sales Manager to review activities

Build relationships and increase company visibility

Participate in company-sponsored activities

Act as a company representative at community events

Perform other job-related duties

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Regularly meets with Sales Manager to review weekly customer retention and relationship activities, progress versus goals and status of key customer relationships.

Communication Scope

Deliver sales presentations; Follow up with key decision makers; Proactively communicates with or responds to customers
