What You'll Do.
Identify leads and prospect new business
Sell Republic Services products and services
Meet with clients to deliver sales presentations
Follow up with decision makers
Sell total waste stream management solutions
Acquire new profitable business
Retain existing customers
Build long-term relationships and customer loyalty
Perform contractual re-signs
Respond to cancellation requests
Communicate with customers on pricing
Develop customer profiles
Prepare and deliver sales presentations
Complete phone blocks and cold call prospecting
Capture customer emails
Minimize rate restrictions and customer credits
Maintain awareness of market behavior
Maintain knowledge of company services
Offer additional services
Complete Customer Service Agreements
Review weekly customer retention
Build relationships and increase company visibility
Participate in company-sponsored activities
Act as a company representative
Perform other job-related duties

Regularly meets with Sales Manager to review progress; Builds relationships and increases Company visibility through participation in Company-sponsored activities; Acts as a Company representative at community events
