Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will lead operational teams during your shift, ensuring optimal use of labor and equipment while driving a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys being close to operations, coaching teams, and translating plans into disciplined execution on the ground. ## ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **Operational Leadership** * Lead, motivate, and instruct operational teams to deliver safe and productive shift performance. * Actively supervise ongoing operations, remaining visible and accessible on the terminal at all times. * Serve as the focal point for operational issues within your assigned area (vessel, yard, or gate). ### **Planning & Execution** * Structure tasks, set clear priorities, and organize resources to ensure efficient daily execution. * Allocate and control operational staff and equipment under the direction of the Shift Manager to meet planned objectives. * Ensure quay crane idle time is minimized to support smooth and continuous operation
