What They're Looking For.
Must Have
College Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent combination of education and work experience, 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in the Logistics & Transportation industry, and/or relevant work experience in routing, dispatch or inventory, Relevant work experience with basic MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word), Proactive and resourceful, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, Independent judgment required to plan, prioritize, and organize competing tasks or demands that may be deadline driven, Ability to develop and maintain meaningful business relationships with customers, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion, Ability to work overtime as needed

What You'll Do.
Monitor routes to ensure coverage
Complete driver check-in and communicate to manager
Ensure routes run on time
and communicate route changes
Monitor dispatch board for delivery times
Communicate delays and problems to customer and dispatch
Inspect vehicles for customer specifications
Ensure compliance with IC log in process
Work with drivers to resolve road problems
Aid in getting stat coverage for customers
Monitor driver compliance with regulations
Assist with contracting additional drivers
Complete daily service reports
Create and process administrative reports
Ensure driver paperwork is up to date
Monitor driver uniform and ID badge compliance
