What They're Looking For.
Must Have
College Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent education and experience, 1-3 years relevant work experience in Logistics & Transportation, Relevant work experience in routing, dispatch or inventory, Relevant work experience with basic MS Office Programs, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion, Ability to work overtime as needed
Nice to Have
Available to work extra hours, weekends, and holidays preferred
What You'll Do.
Monitor routes to ensure coverage
Complete driver check-in
Communicate driver status to terminal manager/customer
Ensure routes run on time
Monitor route changes
Communicate route changes to dispatch and drivers
Monitor dispatch board
Ensure customer delivery times are met
Communicate delays and/or problems to customer and dispatch
Inspect vehicles to ensure customer specifications are met
Ensure compliance with IC log in process
Work with drivers to resolve problems on the
Aid in getting stat coverage for customers
Monitor driver compliance with customer regulations
Assist with contracting of additional drivers
Complete daily service reports
Create administrative reports
Process administrative paperwork
Ensure driver paperwork is up to date
Monitor driver uniform and ID badge compliance
