Maximize win rates; Deliver high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals; Ensure 100% compliance and eliminate errors that could lead to disqualification; Verify alignment with approved pricing, margin, and governance standards; Improve win rates and turnaround times; Provide performance reports to leadership

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6–10 years of experience in bid management, proposals, commercial operations, or tender support, Proven experience managing end-to-end RFP, RFQ, and tender responses, Demonstrated success improving proposal win rates and submission efficiency, Experience in B2B environments, preferably in technology, consulting, or professional services, project management and organizational skills, Excellent writing, editing, and proposal structuring abilities, Solid understanding of pricing, margins, and commercial terms, stakeholder management across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Delivery, High attention to detail and compliance accuracy, Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and CRM platforms like Salesforce
Nice to Have
APMP certification or equivalent bid/proposal certification, Experience with proposal automation and content management tools, Experience working with government or enterprise tenders
What You'll Do.
Lead the end-to-end preparation and submission of RFPs
Manage responses to RFPs
and other formal procurement requests
Support bid/no-bid decisions
Develop proposal strategies
Coordinate with Sales
and Delivery teams to gather inputs
Ensure all stakeholders meet deadlines and submission requirements
Consolidate and review technical
Ensure strict adherence to all tender requirements and submission instructions
Maintain and continuously improve proposal templates
and knowledge repositories
Standardize proposal formats and best practices
Conduct win/loss analysis for priority bids
Identify trends and recommendations to improve win rates and turnaround times
Track proposal KPIs and provide performance reports to leadership
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Delivery teams to gather inputs; Ensure all stakeholders meet deadlines and submission requirements; Stakeholder management across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Delivery

Manage proposal timelines, Project management skills, Organizational skills
