We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable Tendering Engineer to join our top qualified and knowledgeable Tendering team in Athens. * Prepare the tender documentation file, coordinate updates and inputs from all relevant departments, and take full ownership of the timely submission of the tender package for each respective tender. * Lead the compilation and submission of technical and administrative tender packages, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. * Coordinate with engineering, commercial, HSE, quality, finance, legal, and document control teams to consolidate required inputs. * Ensure full compliance with client instructions, tender specifications, and internal quality standards. * Prepare and review administrative documentation, including eligibility documents, corporate registrations, financial statements, and declarations. * Support the development of technical proposals, method statements, company profiles, experience records, and compliance matrices. * Verify alignment between technical, commercial, and administrative components prior to submission. * In coordination with the Document Controller maintain an organized, traceable, and auditable archive of all tender documentation and correspondence. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or related field. * 4 - 5 years’ experience in tendering, bidding, or project administration, preferably in construction or engineering sectors. * Strong knowledge in MS Excel, Word * Excellent written communication skills in English ## Additional Informat
