You’ll provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, clients and visitors. This entry-level position provides an outstanding opportunity to launch your career in commercial property management, where you'll work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to your growth and development. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions * Process and coordinate work orders for maintenance, repairs, and facility services to ensure timely resolution of tenant needs * Collaborate with property management, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure seamless service delivery and tenant satisfaction * Support building events, communications, and community engagement initiatives that enhance the tenant experience * Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of tenant databases * All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations **On-site presence required** **Complete job description available on JLL 's internal portal** **Required qualification
