What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5+ years of Quality Assurance/Control experience, Working knowledge of 21 CFR 111, Working knowledge of 21 CFR 117, BS Degree in a science related discipline or equivalent experience, Ability to collaborate across departments, computer skills in business technology platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, other enterprise applications)
Nice to Have
Dietary Supplement experience preferred, Experience with enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), Experience with quality management systems, Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, PCQI certified, HACCP certified

Execute supplier quality programs
Track supplier quality programs
Report on supplier quality programs
Provide operational quality support
Support investigations
Support qualification activities
Support supplier performance
Collaborate cross-functionally & externally
Investigate deviations/non-conformances
Investigate consumer complaints
Track and trend issues
track and trend supplier nonconformance
Ensure timely resolution of nonconforming issues
rework &/or destruction
Provide timely internal & external communication
Prepare supplier performance metrics
Maintain OLLY’s quality databases
Maintain supplier documentation
Maintain approved supplier master list
Support the supplier audit program
Support the supplier qualification program
Provide Quality support for supply partners
Provide Quality support for cross-functional teams
