Support front-line supervisors

Engage with support department leadership

Prioritize effective execution of annual Performance Evaluation process

Administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement

Ensure Tier 1 meetings are effective

Ensure Tier 2 meetings are effective

Lead the daily Tier 3 meeting

Track Build-in-Station daily

Track Efficiency daily

Track improvement actions daily

Ensure production cells complete A3 projects

Support company Safety initiatives

Drive reductions in OSHA Recordable incidents

Drive reductions in Lost Time incidents

Ensure daily Safety Audits are completed

Lead safety improvement projects

Facilitate safety improvement projects

Enforce all safety policies

Ensure employees trained in safe work procedures

Drive First-Time Quality

Ensure self-inspection process is executed

Drive for improvement utilizing Quality Assurance System

Facilitate activity for required material availability

Facilitate activity for required tools availability

Achieve Build-in-Station targets

Limit out-of-station work

Ensure employee cross-training plans are developed

Ensure employee cross-training plans are executed

Allocate labor to support bus configurations

Allocate labor to address out-of-station work

Ensure plant conditions meet 5S standards
