ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Temporary Production Assistant, Non-Apparel to join the KHAITE team. This role will report to the Director, Production Operations, Non-Apparel and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This role will support the end-to-end production process, including coordinating with vendors in Italy, tracking samples, managing timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met. They collaborate closely with design, development, and logistics teams to ensure accessories are produced on time and within budget. ESSENTIAL DUTIES communicate approval comments to external partners. Own wear test process; compile wear test findings and effectively communicate to Product team and vendors. Identify areas for process improvement within the production workflow, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and product quality. Conduct weekly meetings with all vendors to monitor seasonal production timelines, assess potential risks, and strengthen relationships. SKILLS use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
