What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Ability to follow oral instructions, Prior experience in a production environment, Use of hand tools, Ability to stand, bend, lift for extended periods, Grade 12 or equivalent and training
What You'll Do.
Assembles front and rear seat complete
Assembles sub assemblies
Using various types of hand tools
Using fixtures to assemble RU front and rear seats
Assemble all other products manufactured
Follow rotation schedule
Inform Supervisor/Team Leader of all stock shortages
Inform Supervisor/Team Leader of quality issues
Inform Supervisor/Team Leader of downtime issues
Follow all TS 16949 procedure
Identify all non-conforming product
Use proper FIFO for all product
Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures
Adhere strictly to the Occupational Health & Safety Act
Report to the Supervisor the existence of any hazards
Participate in all safety training
