What You'll Do.
and track inbound and outbound ecommerce orders
Perform QC checks for accuracy on inbound engraving requests and outbound shipments
Prepare watches and materials for engraving
Operate engraving software and machinery as needed

Document all service activities accurately in tracking systems
Support cross-training initiatives and assist in other operational areas as needed
