Must Have
Six (6) months of clerical and/or customer service experience, High School diploma or GED, One (1) year of experience driving a twenty-six-foot box truck with a lift gate, Must complete the County Vehicle Operating Training, Must possess, or have the ability to obtain, a valid Arizona driver’s license by the time of hire, Must be eligible to vote in Arizona, Must successfully complete the next scheduled Secretary of State Election Officer Certification, Ability to develop and implement continuous quality improvement strategies
Nice to Have
One (1) year working in a distribution or mailroom setting, One (1) year of experience performing office, administrative, and clerical duties, Associate's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, One (1) year of Election experience

This position is eligible for overtime compensation for all hours worked over 40 in the designated workweek. **Job Type** Temporary **Department** Recorder **About the Position** The Temporary Mail Courier will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations across the organization. This position involves collaborating with multiple departments and providing support as needed. The Temporary Mail Courier will coordinate incoming ballots and correspondence for the Early Voting Division and support interdepartmental deliveries safely and efficiently in the Recorder’s Office. This cross-functional position will also support divisional operations within early voting (Signature Verification, Curing, etc.). The ideal candidate will be adaptable, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
