Why We Need You We are seeking a temporary, full-time Supervisor, Gifts & Grants to ensure continuity of critical grant and restricted fund operations during a high-demand period, including year-end close and audit activities. This role provides hands-on, end-to-end management of gifts and grants, supporting both proposal development and post-award financial oversight to maintain compliance and service levels across the Museum. This is a temporary position expected to continue through October 31, 2026. What You'll Accomplish Manage the full lifecycle of gifts and grants, including proposal support, award setup, financial tracking, reporting, and closeout. Partner with Advancement and internal stakeholders to develop and submit grant proposals, including budgets and required documentation.
