What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of experience in shipping, fulfillment, or administrative coordination, Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. , and push/pull up to 100 lbs. regularly, organizational skills and high attention to detail, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Flexibility to work onsite at our Preston, WA office 5 days a week, A can-do attitude, and willingness to move quickly and pitch in wherever needed, This role is safety-sensitive. This means that you'll be regularly responsible for your own safety and/or the safety of others (e.g. , driving on behalf of the company, working in a warehouse or plant environment)

Experience working with FedEx, UPS, or other shipping systems a plus
What You'll Do.

Track progress and inventory to ensure no sample goes missing and every request is fulfilled accurately
Stay organized under pressure—you’ll be juggling multiple requests and tight timelines
Solve small snags quickly—because shipping never sleeps
Pitch in where needed—this role is about teamwork and agility
Keep communication flowing between the office and warehouse
Represent the brand—ensure everything you pack is on-brand
and SQF practices are followed at all times
advising your immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues
Complete other responsibilities as assigned
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate across teams—work closely with Sales Planning, Sales Leadership, KAMs, Logistics, Admin, and Warehouse teams to keep everything moving; Keep communication flowing between the office and warehouse
