What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years relevant experience, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance Technology, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Experience with Aderant Classic and Aderant Expert applications and modules, Understanding of Aderant database architecture, SQL tables, and data structures, Familiarity with AI-assisted features within business applications or reporting tools
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary support resource for financial applications
Perform database-level support
Troubleshoot and resolve application
and integration issues
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document
and automation solutions to
Participate in software implementations
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
Support reporting and data analysis needs
Assist users in leveraging system features and tools
Document system configurations
and support activities
Communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly
Maintain working relationships across Finance and other departments
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive data
