Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Working at extreme heights (approximately 150 ft), Working in confined spaces, Working in extreme temperatures from -20 to +100 degrees Fahrenheit, Be able to use the following equipment/tools: cleaning cart and supplies, forklift, riding and push lawn mower, bobcat sweeper, vacuum, snow blower, shovel, broom, mop, and ladder, Frequently: Walk on slippery surfaces, Frequently: Grip with a force of up to 20lbs, Frequently: Push and pull with a force of up to 30lbs, Frequently: Bend forward while standing, Frequently: Use repetitive arm motions to wipe down and maintain work area, Occasionally: Lift up to 50lbs, with or without assistance, Occasionally: Carry up to 50lb, with or without assistance, Occasionally: Be in awkward back, shoulder, wrists, and hand positions, Subject to a physical and expected to pass a drug screen during the pre-screen process., Subject to random drug and alcohol testing during employment.

This is an on-site role located in **Arthur, IA**. Responsibilities include: * General landscaping and lawn care: watering, mowing and weed maintenance, trimming and replacing shrubs, applying lawn fertilizers, etc. * Internal and external building cleaning and maintenance; glass window cleaning, painting of hand rails, equipment or guards, light bulb replacement, general area clean up, etc. * Access to and usage of facilities equipment to complete work throughout this campus. * Support of general facility projects and repairs; picking up parts, assisting with equipment repair, cleaning equipment components, shadow various technician roles * Operating POET fleet vehicles for maintenance service and cleanup * Foster a culture of safe behavior and environmental compliance at all times. * Maintain a team environment at all times and champion POET in the community * Maintain and advance the food safety and quality of POET’s products and processes to deliver a best-in-class culture of quality. * Since we’re all about teamwork and getting the job done, your skills may be put to a lot of other uses! # **QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS ** * Pursuing or completion of
