Must Have

Bachelor’s degree, 1 to 2 years of professional experience, including experience working with data for reporting or analysis, Proficiency in SQL, Experience cleaning and preparing data using spreadsheets or a coding language, attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy, Clear written and verbal communication skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines

Nice to Have

Build and refine reports that provide key information to stakeholders

Monitor data quality and help troubleshoot issues to support accurate reporting

Fulfill and track data requests from teams across the organization for internal and external use

Respond to questions and support colleagues in accessing and understanding data

Assist with analyses requested by leadership and Home Office teams

and workflows to support consistency and quality

Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base of key datasets and reporting practices

Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools in collaboration with the Data & IT team
