Full Job Description
Community School Coordinators are dedicated to leading school teams in the pursuit of education and care. The Community School Coordinators collaborate closely with members of the school leadership team and are responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of a set of programmatic preventions, interventions and enrichment activities designed to support the holistic development of students and caregivers as determined by the annual Community School plan. Works closely with the Principal/Designee to co-design, develop and oversee all Community School programming at the school site. # **DUTIES** ## **SUMMARY** Community School Coordinators are dedicated to leading school teams in the pursuit of education and care. The Community School Coordinators collaborate closely with members of the school leadership team and are responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of a set of programmatic preventions, interventions and enrichment activities designed to support the holistic development of students and caregivers as determined by the annual Community School plan. Works closely with the Principal/Designee to co-design, develop and oversee all Community School programming at the school site. ## **ESSENTIAL DUTIES** _To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
