THE ROLE Sotheby’s is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator based in Hong Kong. As an integral part of the Client Experience team, the Client Experience Coordinator supports clients through the post-sale process delivering excellent client service in accordance with best business practice and Company policy. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Ensure post-auction process and service level agreements (SLAs) are delivered in a timely and professional manner Provide support to clients on a day-to-day basis such as assisting in phone, email, arranging shipping payment, and in-person enquiries in a timely manner Issue timely and accurate client communications Work with Shipping Coordinator to organize shipping quotes and deliveries Ensure financial transactions comply with corporate governance Partner with other business areas to respond to client inquiries, resolve client issues and execute client transactions to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction Manage property releases for non-sale inventory Participate in ad hoc projects KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Degree in business administration or equivalent field
