Industry & Context.
Full-time/Temporary/Holidays/Overtime hours are mandatory during the election cycle, Upper extremity repetitive motion is required, Requires the ability to review small fonts on hard copy or computer screen, Requires the ability to lift floor-to-shoulder and shoulder-to-waist a minimum of 50 pounds, and carry for 100 feet, Requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time, All operations will be conducted under Livestream cameras and in the presence of political observers, Must not engage in any political discussions, Must pass a pre-employment background and/or fingerprint investigation, Must pass drug and alcohol testing requirements for positions designated as safety-sensitive
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
high school diploma or GED, registered voter or ability to become registered voter in Arizona by time of hire, pass an applicable background screening, able to work overtime as necessary, legible penmanship
Nice to Have
One or more years of general office experience, One or more years of moderate computer use experience, One or more years of election experience, Bilingual in English and Spanish

Organizes bundles of ballots to feed into tabulators
Maintains accurate and legible documentation of ballots
Lifts up to 50-pound ballot trays
Stands throughout the assignment
Assists other divisions within Elections or Recorder’s Office
