10% travel, Open availability to work weekend shifts, Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds occasionally, Must have floor presence, Able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, Work in a cold environment less 40 degrees

Must Have

Minimum of 2+ years of successful supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, Leadership experience in a high volume kitchen environment, Track record of driving KPIs and meeting or exceeding goal required, Experience in developing team members through both leading and managing, Proficient on using tablets and PC’s, Open availability to work weekend shifts, Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodation, Must have floor presence and be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours in a cold environment less 40 degrees

Nice to Have

Cross-functional experience in 2 more departments (warehouse, production, quality, procurement etc.) preferred

What You'll Do.

Create SOPs and processes

Execute shift level production plan

Supervise assigned team

Manage performance of individuals

Oversee multiple activities simultaneously

Take ownership of kitchen employees

Exhibit working knowledge of machinery

Perform basic troubleshooting processes

Manage and troubleshoot technology

Maintain food safe culture

Lead shift level safety meetings

Oversee ingredient cooking

Hold team accountable for clean environment

Ensure teams meet production targets

Verify production cooks understand expectations

Provide on-the-floor coaching

Resolve food safety issues

Escalate quality issues

Take responsibility for accuracy of counts

Promote and uphold employee safety

Promote and uphold food safety

Call out and correct GMP violations

Ensure working conditions are safe

Ensure work areas are clean

Ensure work surfaces are sanitized

Support food safety system

Facilitate and lead huddles

Coach team on problem solving

Manage conflict among employees

Evaluate performance of team

Participate in hiring process

Cultivate culture of mutual respect

Track and share progress

Write "End of Shift" report

Communicate items to subsequent shift

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborating with the Ready to Heat (RTH) project manager; Work in tandem with the RTH project manager; Work with cross functional partners; Shares recommendations with Continuous Improvement Manager; Works with quality team; Shares progress with cross functional teams; Collaborative with all hourly production associates and leads

Communication Scope

Speak professionally and respectfully to kitchen employees; Provide on-the-floor coaching and motivation; Communicate safety topics; Communicate production plans; Communicate GMPs; Communicate changes to processes; Communicate required items to PKSs

Process & Methodology

Create Processes and SOPs, Develop processes, Manage delegation of production tasks, Set up for each activity according to SOPs, Track progress
