What You'll Do.
Perform assigned tasks such as groundskeeping
or other property-related duties
Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of the property
including trash removal and cleaning checks
Support maintenance team with repairs and unit turnovers as needed
Drive company vehicles or equipment if required (subject to applicable licensing)
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Complete assigned work efficiently and professionally
Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed as needed
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with residents and staff
