About the role Gersh is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Assistant to the Senior Partner & Co-Head of Motion Picture Literary. NOTE: This is a 3-month temp assignment, with the potential to become a permanent role. Prior work experience at a talent agency/management company is preferred, though not required. Candidates must have a passion for film, a strong awareness of the independent film landscape, and script coverage experience. The ideal candidate is someone with meticulous attention to detail and experience supporting an executive in the entertainment industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to become a literary agent and is looking for career growth in the future. Candidates must be resourceful, work well under pressure, and possess a high level of initiative. This position is fully on-site (5 days/week) at our Beverly Hills office.
