Greet customers immediately

Complete the registration process
Input and retrieve information from a computer system
Promote HEI Hotels and Resorts and brand marketing
Make appropriate selection of rooms
Provide welcome folders
Verify and imprint credit cards
Balance an assigned house bank
Accept and record vouchers
Convert foreign currency
Post charges to guest rooms
Input messages into the computer
Communicate the content to the guest
