**_Location_** Jamestown ** _Job Description:_** **Build Your Career at Gate City Bank** **Location:** Jamestown **Work Location Type:** In-Office, Part-Time **Schedule:** * Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with some flexibility). * Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM (as needed). **Pay:** $17.75-$18.75 per hour Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Jamestown Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. If you enjoy helping others, take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a team environment, this role may be for you! **How You’ll Make an Impact:** * Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience. * Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs. * Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations. * Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards. **What We’re Looking For:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others. **Compensation & Perks:** * **Pay Range:** $17.75-$18.75 * **Saturday Incentive:** Extra $5 for any Saturday worked! * **Consistent Hours:** Guaranteed 30-39 per week scheduled for the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:45 AM-12:15 PM on Saturdays! * **Advancement Opportunities:** * Eligible part-time and full-time team members may access a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision coverage options, 401(k) with match, PTO, wellness options, and more!
