What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2-5yrs experience, 2-4 years of relevant experience in academic counseling, career guidance or admissions, Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, interpersonal, communication, persuasion skills to drive enrollments, Flexible for 6days working from the office with rotational weekly off

Nice to Have

Proficiency in MS Office and any CRM tools

What You'll Do.

Provide personalized academic and career counseling

Educate prospective students on program features

Generate and manage a sales pipeline

Convert leads into enrollments

Systematically handle applications

Follow up on enrollment confirmations

Stay informed about industry trends

Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions

Expand and manage a database
