About the Role We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Associates that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. As an Academic Counselor - you will be responsible for guiding candidates in making informed academic decisions. This includes counseling prospective candidates, assessing their needs and aspirations, and providing support throughout the admissions process. Key Responsibilities 1. Provide one-on-one academic and career guidance to prospective candidates and understand candidates’ interests, strengths, and goals to suggest suitable courses and programs. Clarify queries regarding course details, eligibility, admission process, fees, and scholarships. 2. Counsel customers and apprise them of program features, pedagogy, and curriculum.
