What You'll Do.

Promote awareness of brand image

Use sales techniques to maximize revenue

Maintain existing guest loyalty

Communicate with potential owners/customers via telephone

Set up preview package sales/day tours

Explain details and requirements for sales presentation

Verify eligibility requirements

Overcome potential owner/customer objections

Encourage guests or callers to purchase

Schedule preview package sales/tours

Check availability of accommodations and dates

Find alternative dates or options

Answer guest questions about property facilities/services

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls

Manages time effectively to attend daily team meetings

Manages time effectively to attend training sessions

Manage all collaterals for sales process

Update the system with contact information

Follow all company policies

Ensure personal appearance is clean

Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Protect privacy and security of guests and coworkers

Speak with others using clear and professional language

Prepare and review written documents accurately

Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
