What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active and verifiable Oregon counseling licenses of CADC-I, CADC-II, CADC-III, MH License need to do 120 hours of training prior to start, Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, telehealth platforms, Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace, reliable internet

What You'll Do.
Conduct intake assessments
Evaluate Member readiness
Determine appropriate level of care
Facilitate group counseling sessions
Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions
Provide crisis support
Coordinate appropriate referrals
accurate documentation
Collaborate with clinical supervisors
Ensure compliance with HIPAA
Ensure compliance with state regulations
