What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active and verifiable Maryland counseling licenses of LCSW-C, LCPC, LCADC or LCMFT, as well as your state of residence., Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms, Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
What You'll Do.
Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine appropriate level of care
Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum
Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals when needed
accurate documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system
Collaborate with clinical supervisors on individualized treatment and discharge planning
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant state regulations
