What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active and verifiable license from one of the following Indiana licenses: LCSW, LCAC, LMFT, or LCSW, as well as your state of residence if it is not Indiana., All credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process., Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet.
What You'll Do.
Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine appropriate level of care
Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum
Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals when needed
accurate documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system
Collaborate with clinical supervisors on individualized treatment and discharge planning
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant state regulations
