We urgently require a Technical Field Engineer to join our extensive UK & Ireland engineering team. Based in the south west of Ireland, this role will primarily focus on Telecom hosted voice installations; however, you will also be required to attend Telecom support visits, carry out basic IT installations and attend basic IT support visits when required. Ideally the successful applicant will live in the County Cork area , or in close proximity in order to meet our customer's needs in that wider area. Full support and any additional product training will be provided on an ongoing basis to develop the new field engineer into a highly skilled and valued member of the engineering team for both telecoms & IT. The successful candidate will already have good hosted telephony experience & a good understanding of basic LAN connectivity that will be used on a daily basis, as the industry continues to move towards a converged telephony/IT related product set.
