Troubleshoot and install necessary software patches and updates; Log in to software application (Panorama) to identify any error messages that impact the operational stability of the system; Perform necessary maintenance on the system according to the alarms to prevent failures to cardoards; Troubleshoot and replaced defective ONTs (Optical Network Terminal)
Able to lift equipment up to 50 pounds, Must pay attention to detail, Must always remain alert, Must be able to maintain regular, reliable attendance, Ensure on time daily arrival, TS/SCI w Full Scope Poly clearance, Able to lift or support Televisions/Projectors with a team up 250 pounds, Provide on-call support response/restoral support (after hours, weekends and holidays) for user/network service outages or request

Must Have
Installing network cabling, IT equipment, Tellabs GPON Tellabs Operations, Provisioning and Maintenance certification, Able to lift equipment up to 50 pounds, Attention to detail, Remain alert, Maintain regular, reliable attendance, Ensure on time daily arrival, TS/SCI w Full Scope Poly clearance, Tellabs Training certification
Nice to Have
Advanced knowledge of the customer, Inner workings of the organization, Proficiency in MS Office product suite, Able to lift or support Televisions/Projectors with a team up 250 pounds, Knowledge of video grid pulls, Terminations of RCA, RG6 & BNCs, Knowledge of set up and build of video racks, Proper cable management techniques, Troubleshooting of AV, speakers, mics, cameras, racks, terminations, codecs and Polycom’s, Installation of a Custom VTC, Troubleshooting of a Custom VTC, De-installation of a Custom VTC, Installation of DVTC packages, Troubleshooting of DVTC packages, De-installation of DVTC packages
